Job summary

ALPLA Group in Austria seeks a seasoned procurement professional to manage and develop supplier relationships on a global level. You will lead price and contract negotiations, primarily for the European market, and contribute to the implementation of global procurement strategies.

Qualifications

• Degree in business administration, economics, natural/life sciences, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in procurement, or supply chain management.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent English skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on attitude.
• Analytical thinking and a solution-oriented approach.
• Enjoy working with international teams and different cultures.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop supplier relationships on a global level.
• Lead price and contract negotiations, primarily for the European market.

• Monitor market developments and identify sourcing opportunities.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives and support procurement process improvements.

• Prepare and conduct supplier meetings and negotiations independently.
• Support global price alignment and transparency across regions.
