TeamViewer is seeking an experienced software engineer to join the Session Insights team in Linz. You will build AI-powered features that transform raw session data into actionable insights, integrate tools, and scale intelligent workflows across customers worldwide.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with strong Python expertise.
• Java/Kotlin experience is a plus.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI-powered applications, platforms, or intelligent automation solutions.
• Experience with modern AI technologies, including LLMs, retrieval systems, tool integrations, and workflow orchestration.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, distributed systems, and cloud-based applications.
• Familiarity with deploying AI systems in production, including reliability, security, scalability, and performance.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools while maintaining high standards for code quality and maintainability.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across global teams.

• Design and develop services that enable intelligent workflows, automation, and seamless user experiences.
• Define testing and evaluation approaches to ensure AI features meet quality, reliability, and performance standards.

• Optimize AI services for scalability, performance, cost efficiency, and reliability in production environments.

• Contribute to engineering best practices and leverage AI-assisted development tools to increase productivity and quality.
