Zusammenfassung

Pearl is seeking a Senior AI Product Engineer to own end-to-end feature delivery for a real-time carbon footprint and lifecycle assessment platform. You'll work across the full stack, integrating AI/LLM tools, and collaborate asynchronously with Europe- and US-based engineers.

The role requires initiative, clear communication, and the ability to ship meaningful features with minimal supervision. This fully remote position supports a global engineering team, with overlap hours to align US/Austin

Qualifikationen

• 5–10 years of professional software engineering experience, including 2+ years in a senior or founding-engineer capacity.
• Proven ability to own features end-to-end at an early-stage company.
• Full-stack development across the stack (tech stack to be confirmed).
• Hands-on AI/LLM tool integration into daily engineering workflows.
• Experience in fully remote, async-first teams.
• Availability to overlap US/Austin and CET hours (min 4 hours).
• English proficiency at C1+.
