Talent Factor Ltd. is seeking engineers who enjoy solving customer problems in a product-driven environment. You will collaborate with Product, AI, and Engineering to shape what gets built and how it’s delivered, with ownership from discovery to production.

You will build scalable applications using TypeScript, React, Node.js, and NestJS, work directly with customers to validate solutions, and influence product decisions through your technical and customer insights.

• Strong commercial experience building SaaS products with TS, React, and Node.js.
• Owns features from discovery to production and iterates with customers.
• Builds modern, customer-facing web applications with a pragmatic approach.
