Remote People seeks a Senior AI Engineer to lead the integration of AI across the org, focusing on responsible, scalable LLM-based solutions. You will own end-to-end AI features, from data understanding to deployment, partnering with cross-functional teams to enhance products and internal tools.

You will work on RAG pipelines, vector databases, and cloud deployments, ensuring secure, scalable AI adoption and fostering an AI-first culture across the company.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in Software Development with 2+ years in AI/ML engineering.
• Proven production-grade AI/ML systems deployment experience.
• Practical experience with LLMs and generative AI.
• Experience with vector databases and semantic search.
• Background in building data pipelines for AI/ML systems.
• Strong Python skills including FastAPI and async programming.
• Experience with cloud platforms and distributed systems.
• Solid foundation in statistics and data science.

• Design and build AI solutions focusing on LLMs and ML for business problems.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle of AI features from concept to deployment.
• Develop and optimize LLM-based applications (RAG, agents, chatbots).
