RHI Magnesita N.V. is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to own end-to-end AI portfolio delivery across Europe & CIS. The role focuses on production-grade ML systems and AI applications, including forecasting, anomaly detection, and agentic LLM-based tools.

Hybrid work in Vienna area with flexible hours and strong governance expectations. You will design data products and integrate multiple enterprise systems, maintaining high security and performance while driving business value.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of experience building production ML/data systems.
• Strong Python and SQL proficiency with solid software practices.
• Experience with modern data platforms and distributed processing.
• Expertise in at least one of: commercial data science, industrial time-series, or NLP on business data.
• Experience building and operating LLM-based apps with evaluation of output quality.

Aufgaben

• Architect and scale production-grade AI solutions for operations and sales use cases.
• Design data products and pipelines across multiple systems and data sources.
• Develop ML solutions including forecasting, anomaly detection, and predictive maintenance.
• Build AI applications using LLMs, retrieval, search, and tool-calling with governance.
• Integrate AI apps with SAP, CRM, MES and other platforms with controlled access and gates.
