Job summary

ANDRITZ AG in Austria seeks a driven AI/ML engineer to develop and optimize ML/AI models with emphasis on LLMs. You will build intelligent agents using Copilot Studio and automate workflows with Power Automate, contributing to Azure AI Foundry projects.

Collaboration with data scientists and IT teams is essential to translate business needs into scalable solutions. Role requires strong Python skills, data governance awareness, and the ability to deliver robust AI systems end-to-end in a hybrid

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of ML, AI, and LLM-based architectures.
• Experience in data science workflows (data preparation, training, evaluation, deployment).
• Strong Python programming skills and familiarity with ML/AI libraries.
• Experience with low-code AI agent development and automation tools.
• Experience with cloud-based AI systems (Azure ecosystem preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize ML/AI models with emphasis on LLMs.
• Build and deploy intelligent agents using Copilot Studio.
• Implement automation using Power Automate to streamline workflows.
• Contribute to high-code AI development using Azure AI Foundry.
• Collaborate with data scientists, domain experts, and IT teams to translate business needs.
• Ensure data quality, security, governance and compliance.
• Support scalable AI architectures and modular agentic systems.
• Maintain documentation, testing, monitoring and continuous improvement.
