Tieto Tech Consulting is hiring a Senior AI Engineer to design and deploy AI-enabled workflows in a cloud-driven environment, mainly on Azure. You will work on generative AI, agents, and enterprise-grade AI services, shaping engagements and turning prototypes into scalable solutions.

You will own architectures, drive code quality, and help grow the team while collaborating with customers and internal stakeholders. German and English proficiency is required.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI solutions in production.
• Practical experience with LLM-based systems: RAG, agents, or GenAI.
• Strong Python skills: testing, APIs, CI/CD.
• Good understanding of cloud-based AI architectures (Azure).
• Solid data engineering and integration concepts.
• Structured approach to evaluating systems and quality.
• Able to communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficient German and English for customer and team communication.

Aufgaben

• Design and build AI agents and workflows that solve concrete business problems.
• Take technical ownership from architecture decisions to code quality.
• Build enterprise-grade solutions on modern AI platforms, mainly Azure.
• Set up environments to run agentic workloads at scale (GenAIOps, CI/CD).
• Work with customers' data landscapes: pipelines, retrieval, data quality and access control.
• Integrate AI into clients' IT landscape and hand over to ops teams.
• Support pre-sales with technical scoping and estimates, train customers’ teams.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to code reviews and knowledge sharing.
