Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in a relevant field plus 6+ years of experience, or PhD with 3+ years.
• Strong English communication skills (oral and written).
• Structured and organized working style; ability to work independently in a crossfunctional environment.

Aufgaben

• Conduct process engineering R&D and evaluation for Lam’s semiconductor equipment and systems.
• Review and improve processing techniques used in manufacture and fabrication of products.
• Develop and sustain new processes and improvements to reduce costs and increase yields.
• Analyze test data to define next steps and establish process specifications.
• Collaborate across functions to plan, collect data, analyze results, and report customer demos.
• Engage with customers to understand roadmaps, requirements, and business challenges.
• Support next generation product development and release activities for the semiconductor roadmap.
• Provide leadership and direction to process technicians during execution.
