Job summary

IC Resources is seeking a Semiconductor Process Development Engineer to bridge device concepts with manufacturable semiconductor processes. You will translate device structures into robust process flows and collaborate with fabs and cross-functional teams to optimize yield and reliability.

The role focuses on translating advanced device concepts into reliable manufacturing processes, with emphasis on process integration, data analysis, and process optimization across CMOS/FinFET/GAA platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience in semiconductor process development and/or process integration.
• Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and modules.
• Experience with CMOS, FinFET, and/or GAA technologies.
• Knowledge of lithography, deposition, etch, implantation, diffusion, oxidation, annealing and metallization.
• Understanding of how process steps interact and influence device performance and variability.
• Experience working with semiconductor fabs/foundries.
• Experience analyzing wafer- and device-level data, process windows, variation and yield.

Our international client is currently seeking a Semiconductor Process Development Engineer to work at the interface of device development, process technology, and semiconductor manufacturing. The role will involve collaborating with device engineers and fabs/foundries to translate advanced device concepts into reliable, manufacturable semiconductor processes.
