Job summary

Rosewood Vienna is seeking a full-time Security Team member to safeguard guests, staff and visitors across the hotel and grounds. You will perform regular patrols, monitor incidents, verify access rights and document events, while supporting evacuations and safety protocols.

Ideal candidates bring experience in hotel security, a diplomatic, friendly demeanor, and a strong customer-service focus. Fluent German and good English are required; teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in security services and/or hotel operations.
• Must be able to de-escalate and manage tense situations with tact.
• Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.
• Fluent German with good English skills; able to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of guests, employees, and visitors throughout the hotel premises.
• Conduct regular inspections and patrols in the hotel and grounds.
