You will work within Investment Operations to manage withholding tax, tax reclaims, relief at source and tax reporting, while collaborating with custodians and market participants in an international setting.

The role emphasizes process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement, offering exposure to complex topics and regulatory

Qualifications

• Experience in Securities Services or back-office operations.
• Hands-on with GEOS system.
• Knowledge of KESt, withholding tax and tax reporting.
• Strong accuracy and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Process and monitor securities back-office activities through the transaction lifecycle.
• Manage tax-related services for securities, including withholding tax and tax reporting.
• Handle events, exceptions, and inquiries promptly.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, custodians and counterparties.
• Support regulatory and market-driven changes in securities and tax processing.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
• Contribute to projects within Investment Operations.
• Maintain high-quality, resilient operational services.
