Qualifikationen

• Experience with restructuring or banking operations.
• Ability to coordinate topics across functions with timely, solution-oriented follow-up.
• Understanding of regulations related to loan loss provisions, governance and risk management.
• Risk-based thinking connecting actions, data signals and decisions to outcomes.
• Proficiency with MS Office and openness to digital tools, dashboards, automation.
• Working proficiency in German and English for correspondence.
• Curiosity for continuous improvement and hands-on learning.

Aufgaben

• Cooperate with Workout Managers on impairment provisions, restructurings, write-offs, and related follow-ups.
• Coordinate with Accounting, Credit Risk, Collateral Management, Loan Administration, Treasury, Legal Services and others to ensure timely processing.
• Ensure coordination and monitoring of forbearance-related processes per regulatory requirements.
• Maintain default information in related applications and documentation with data quality in mind.
• Manage workout costs and monitor existing limits.
• Identify risks and contribute to process improvements, digitalization and automation opportunities.
• Contribute to development of structured follow-up tools, dashboards, and AI-supported solutions.
