Zusammenfassung

Erste Group Bank AG in Wien is seeking an experienced professional to lead and develop our Securities Network Management across international markets. You will manage relationships with custodians, CSDs and market infrastructure providers to ensure secure, efficient services.

The role requires several years in Securities Services or Global Custody, strong analytical skills and the ability to navigate cross‑functional topics with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of experience in Securities Services, Global Custody or related capital markets function.
• Strong understanding of custody, settlement, corporate actions and the global securities services landscape.
• Proven ability to manage external service providers, stakeholder relationships and cross-functional topics.
• Excellent analytical skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to undertake occasional international business travel for due diligence visits.
• Fluent in English; German is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Manage and further develop relationships with global and local custodians, CSDs and other market infrastructure providers across international securities markets.
• Monitor market, regulatory and industry developments and assess their impact on our securities services network.
• Conduct due diligence reviews, service evaluations and risk assessments of existing and prospective network partners.
• Partner closely with Operations, Product Management, Risk, Compliance and Business teams to ensure efficient and resilient securities services.
• Drive network optimization initiatives, contract negotiations and strategic projects to enhance service quality, risk management and cost efficiency.
