Zusammenfassung

Fusalp in St. Moritz seeks a seasonal sales associate to welcome and advise a highly international clientele, combining style, performance and service. You will contribute to sales targets, clienteling and repeat business while sharing brand heritage and technical knowledge.

The role requires maintaining boutique standards and supporting daily operations through stock and cash handling, with a strong focus on exceptional customer experiences during peak trading periods.

Qualifikationen

• Must have first customer-facing experience in retail, fashion, premium hospitality or similar service-oriented environment.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced, premium retail setting with international clientele.
• Ability to commit fully from 1 December 2026 to 15 April 2027, including weekends and holidays.

Aufgaben

• Welcome and advise clients with warmth and authenticity.
• Understand client needs and recommend products combining style, performance and service.
• Contribute to sales targets, clienteling and repeat business.
• Develop strong product knowledge and share Fusalp heritage and technical expertise.
• Maintain impeccable visual merchandising and boutique standards.
• Contribute to daily boutique operations: stock, deliveries, replenishment, inventories and cash handling.
