You will handle export/import/crosstrade shipments from pickup to delivery and ensure on-time performance while communicating with customers and partners worldwide.

Ideal candidates have vocational training in Freight Forwarding and Logistics, strong English, MS Office proficiency, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset to drive process improvements.

Qualifikationen

• Strong English language skills (spoken and written).
• Completed vocational training in Freight Forwarding and Logistics.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel).
• Experience with CargoWise is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Handle Seafreight Shipments (Export/Import/Crosstrade) from pick-up to delivery.
• Process inquiries and coordinate with customers, shipping companies, authorities, branches and partners.
• Maintain file documentation according to internal guidelines.
• Prepare and check transport documents and monitor on-time deliveries.
• Assist in process optimization and uphold service quality.
