Job summary

CNT Management Consulting AG sucht Sie als SAP HCM-Experten mit Schwerpunkt Zeitmanagement (PT). Sie steuern Projekte, beraten Kunden und realisieren individuelle SAP HCM-Lösungen in einem hybriden Arbeitsumfeld.

Sie bringen mehr als 5 Jahre SAP HCM-Erfahrung, Projektkompetenz sowie Reisebereitschaft mit. Deutsch und Englisch beherrschen Sie sicher, und Sie arbeiten eigenverantwortlich in einem internationalen Umfeld.

Qualifications

• Hervorragende SAP HCM-Kenntnisse, mehr als 5 Jahre Erfahrung, insbesondere Zeitmanagement (PT).
• Mehrjährige Projekterfahrung und Beratungskompetenz.
• Hohe Flexibilität und Reisebereitschaft.
• Business fluent in German and English.

Responsibilities

• Leitung und Realisierung von SAP HCM-Projekten mit Fokus Zeitmanagement (PT) und H4S4-Implementierungen.
• Projektmanagement und Koordination von Teilprojekten.
• Beratung unserer Kunden bei Implementierung und Individualisierung von SAP HCM-Zeitmanagement.
• Anpassungen basierend auf neuen Anforderungen aus Kollektivverträgen und Betriebsvereinbarungen.
• Technische Umsetzung von Kundenanforderungen durch Customizing und Prozessschritte.

These are your tasks:

• Responsibility for the management and successful realisation of SAP HCM projects with a focus on time management (PT) and H4S4 implementations
• Project management and coordination of sub-projects
• Advising and supporting our customers in the implementation and customisation of SAP HCM time management solutions in accordance with their specific requirements and business processes
• Ongoing adjustments and additions to time management based on new requirements from collective labour agreements and works agreements
• Technical implementation of customer requirements by means of customising, as well as processing schemas and cycles
• Support in the development of customer-specific extensions and programming
• Conception of interface and integration topics such as subsystem connections and time wage type transfer to payroll accounting
• Analysing and rectifying errors in the area of time management and personnel resource planning
• Assuming responsibility for quality assurance and documentation as part of the implementation and optimisation of SAP HCM solutions.
• Ongoing support for long-standing customers in the areas of time management and personnel resource planning
• Second and third level support as part of our HCM Application Service to provide solutions quickly and efficiently when errors occur
• Planning and organising workshops, training courses and presentations for customers and internal teams.
• Participation in the sales cycle, proposal preparation and customer presentations
• Active collaboration and participation in knowledge exchange in the CNT Competence Teams, including on current topics such as H4S4, hybrid deployments, public and private cloud, Fiori, etc.
• Mentoring and coaching of our young professionals and technical responsibility for consultants
• Continuous training of hard and soft skills through internal and external training programs

What you should bring with you:

• Independent, customer- and solution-orientated work
• Excellent know-how in the SAP HCM module with more than 5 years of experience, especially in the area of time management (PT)
• Several years of experience in project work and strong consulting expertise
• High degree of flexibility and willingness to travel
• Interest in open and constructive cooperation
• Business fluent in German and English
