Job summary

CNT Management Consulting AG, a leading SAP consulting firm, seeks an experienced invoicing specialist to manage project invoicing across multiple subsidiaries and countries. You will reconcile intercompany settlements and act as a liaison between clients, project management and external partners.

Proficiency in MS Office is essential, SAP knowledge is a plus, and a commercial training background with 2–3 years of relevant experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Formal commercial training completed (HAK, BHS, HLW) or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of professional experience in a similar role is ideal, career changers possible.
• Excellent MS Office skills; SAP knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Independent management of invoicing for all projects across multiple subsidiaries and countries.
• Processing and reconciliation of intercompany settlements per group guidelines and accounting standards.
• Acting as liaison between clients, project management and external partners.
• First-level support for all billing-related issues and systems.
• Maintenance and management of master data.
• Handling of the dunning process.
• Support with reporting and quarterly/annual financial statements.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and contribute to development.

Your Tasks:

Your Profile:

• Completed commercial training (e.g. HAK, BHS, HLW) or equivalent qualification
• Ideally 2–3 years’ professional experience in a similar role, career changers possible
• Very good knowledge of MS Office; SAP skills would be an advantage
• A strong willingness to learn and flexibility when dealing with new tasks
• A strong aptitude for numbers and a structured, analytical and precise approach to work
• A high degree of initiative and solution-oriented thinking
• Strong communication skills and a team- and service-oriented approach
• Fluent in German and English
