Job summary

Hügli, part of the Bell Food Group, invites a Senior Master Key User to shape financial processes and serve as the link between Finance, Business and IT. You will drive SAP FI/CO excellence, standardisation, and strategic consolidation across subsidiaries, while coordinating with global teams and external country roll-outs.

The role emphasizes project leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and ongoing system improvements in a dynamic, international setting.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with SAP FI/CO, ideally as a Key User or Master Key User.
• Solid understanding of financial relationships, analyses and KPIs.
• Familiarity with consolidation, planning and reporting processes; exposure to BI/Jedox is a plus.
• Analytical mindset and ability to translate complex processes into smart system solutions.
• Fluency in English; comfortable collaborating across borders.

Responsibilities

• Design and standardise SAP FI/CO modules for the group.

Fancy a key role in which you’ll play an active part in shaping financial processes and act as a link between Finance, Business and IT? At Hügli in Steinach, part of the Bell Food Group, a varied role awaits you, combining in-depth SAP FI/CO expertise, a strong grasp of figures and excellent project management skills. As a Master Key User, you’ll be the linchpin in further developing and ensuring the sustainability of our financial processes across national borders.

• Process Architecture: You will design and standardise the SAP FI/CO modules across the group and ensure that our systems are optimally tailored to the needs of the national subsidiaries
• Standardisation: You will be responsible for developing global guidelines and best practices to ensure maximum transparency and efficiency across the group
• Business Partnering: As the central point of contact, you’ll act as a bridge between business departments, IT and the local finance teams
• Support & Training: You will empower local key users through targeted training (German/English) and act as a competent first-level support contact for complex issues, whilst also serving as the interface between first- and second-level support
• Project Management: Exciting SAP Fi/Co roll-outs in countries such as Italy, the Netherlands and the UK, as well as the development of modern controlling and analysis tools (e.g. BI, profit centre accounting, etc.), will shape your agenda for the coming years
• Consolidation: You will oversee group-wide consolidation processes, ensure a consistent data foundation and support the further development of the relevant processes and system solutions, for example in Jedox

What you bring with you

• SAP FI/CO expertise: You have solid, long-standing experience with SAP FI/CO – ideally as a Key User, Master Key User or in a similar business-oriented role. Your focus is on processes and their further development; we do not require in-depth programming or customising skills
• Affinity for numbers: You have a strong understanding of financial relationships, analyses and key performance indicators. You do not need to be a traditional controller – what matters is that you are confident working with numbers and have a sound technical understanding of finance processes
• Consolidation & Reporting: You are familiar with consolidation, planning and reporting processes and, ideally, have already worked with relevant BI or performance management solutions such as Jedox.
• Analytical acumen: You enjoy unravelling complex business processes and translating them into smart system solutions
• International outlook: As we operate globally, business-fluent English and a passion for intercultural collaboration come naturally to you
• A ‘can-do’ attitude: You possess the necessary willingness to embrace change, not only to introduce new standards but also to ensure their sustainability within the organisation
• Project experience: You have solid project management experience and are accustomed to coordinating complex projects and various stakeholders in a structured manner
