Job summary

Westernacher Consulting GmbH is seeking a Solution Advisor SAP EWM (f/m/d) to act as a trusted advisor during early transformation stages. You will help define business requirements, evaluate options, build business cases, and shape SAP EWM programs.

You will lead workshops, perform fit-gap analyses, and develop compelling ROI stories for senior leadership, while traveling within the DACH region. The role offers a hybrid work model and a dynamic, client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive SAP EWM and warehouse logistics experience.
• Experience in solution design and fit-gap analysis.
• Strong business acumen with value-based proposals.
• Near-native German and fluent English.
• Willingness to travel in the DACH region.
• Self-driven in fast-paced client-facing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer discovery workshops to define direction and requirements.
• Guide customers in evaluating SAP EWM options and ROI.
• Define implementation scope, efforts, and project risks.
• Conduct solution assessments, fit-gap analyses, health checks, and roadmaps.
• Develop business cases quantifying ROI, TCO, and benefits.
• Lead customer-facing presentations, workshops, and demonstrations.
• Contribute to proposals ensuring value articulation and consistency.
• Support sales with training and solution positioning.
