AGRANA in Vienna seeks a Sales Excellence Manager to lead a shift toward market- and customer-centric sales, driving strategies and improvements across divisions. You will implement common practices, support key account management, and shape performance metrics in a dynamic, international FMCG context.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in commercial excellence, sales excellence, or strategic/analytical roles.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, customer journeys and KAM.
• Experience in sales performance management, forecasting, pipeline management and sales planning.
• Experience with CRM systems, Excel and BI tools.
• Ability to drive change in complex international matrix organizations.
• FMCG/agri/raw materials experience is a plus.
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.

Aufgaben

• Strengthen a customer- and market-oriented sales approach by prioritizing segments and go-to-market strategies.
• Lead cross-divisional workstreams in commercial transformation with stakeholder alignment and measurable impact.
• Collaborate with divisional sales teams to develop and improve sales methodologies and tools along the customer journey.
• Establish and implement common sales practices and standards across the group.
• Support development and enhancement of key account management approaches for different markets.
• Design and enhance sales performance management frameworks with KPIs and forecast logic.
• Monitor pipeline quality, conversion rates and forecast accuracy; derive improvement actions.
