Zusammenfassung

TransUnion in Austria is seeking an Analyst, Sales Support to help generate and qualify leads, manage the Sales CRM, and support cross‑functional teams across TelCo/tech sectors in Europe. You will collaborate with Product and Technical teams to align on feature requests and delivery timelines, prepare client briefing materials, and maintain accurate pipeline reporting.

Fluent English is required; other languages are a plus, with a base salary starting at 4,611 EUR/month under the Austrian

Qualifikationen

• Track record in sales support, business development, or CRM administration.
• Hands-on Salesforce or similar CRM experience.
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Generate and qualify leads to build a healthy top‑of‑funnel pipeline.
• Conduct first‑touch discovery calls to assess budget, authority, need and timeline.
• Own and administer the Sales CRM.
• Maintain monthly and quarterly pipeline reporting and forecast accuracy.
• Coordinate with Technical PM/PM to align on feature requests and delivery timelines.
• Support coordination of RFP/RFI responses across technical and commercial teams.
• Prepare briefing materials and account summaries ahead of client meetings.
• Maintain a competitive tracker covering pricing, positioning, and new entrants.
• Monitor technology and regulatory developments affecting TelCo services.
