Job summary

deltaconX AG in Vienna, Austria, seeks an experienced DevOps Engineer to strengthen our SaaS platform infrastructure. You will own design, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our DevOps environment, ensuring stability, performance, and security while enabling efficient development and deployment.

The role requires Kubernetes (k3s/k8s), Proxmox virtualization, CI/CD pipelines with ArgoCD, Helm, Azure DevOps, and strong monitoring with Prometheus, Grafana and Elastic Stack.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a DevOps or infrastructure engineering role.
• Proven hands-on experience with Kubernetes (k3s or k8s).
• Linux administration.
• Virtualization (Proxmox).
• CI/CD pipeline development, container orchestration, and IaC.
• Backup solutions (Kasten, Velero).
• Databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Monitoring/observability: Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic Stack.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving with structured work approach.
• Strong communication skills in English; German is a plus.
• EU Blue Card/Red-White-Red Card eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Own the design, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our DevOps infrastructure.
• Ensure the stability, performance, and security of our systems and enable efficient development and deployment processes.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams for reliable, secure feature deployment.
