Rosewood Schloss Fuschl is seeking a Chef de Cuisine to lead the designated kitchen and culinary team, reporting to the Executive Chef and Director of Culinary. You will ensure exceptional food quality, operational excellence, and a culture of luxury hospitality.
You will mentor talent, manage staffing, inventory, and food costs, contribute to menu development, and collaborate with Food & Beverage leadership to deliver memorable dining experiences that reflect Rosewood’s Sense of Place.

You will be part of the Culinary leadership team at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl, working closely with the Director of Culinary, Executive Chef, Sous Chefs, and the wider Food & Beverage leadership team.
This role plays a key part in ensuring operational excellence across the culinary division while supporting the delivery of exceptional dining experiences that reflect Rosewood's commitment to craftsmanship, innovation, quality, and our Sense of Place philosophy.
As Chef de Cuisine, you will be responsible for the operational leadership and day-to-day management of your designated kitchen and culinary team. Reporting to the Executive Chef and Director of Culinary, you will ensure the consistent delivery of exceptional food quality, operational efficiency, and a culture of excellence within the brigade.
Through hands-on leadership, culinary expertise, and a passion for developing talent, you will curate the extraordinary by creating memorable dining experiences while maintaining the highest standards of quality, consistency, and luxury hospitality.
