Zusammenfassung

Mesh AG in Switzerland is seeking a Robotics Product Engineer to own the Actuate and Node deployments already in the field, ensuring reliability and expanding their capabilities. You will be at the intersection of software, hardware, and customer floors, writing production Python and working on-site with robotic cells to optimize real-world workflows.

This role requires strong technical fundamentals, hands-on problem solving, and the ability to travel to customer sites.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in software or robotics with real production systems.
• Experience shipping hardware and/or software robotic products.
• Strong analytical and diagnostic instincts across mechanical/electrical/software.
• Understanding hardware/software tradeoffs and workflows.
• Familiarity with ERP/MES data flows and factory IT interfaces.
• Comfort working directly with customers and deployed systems.

Aufgaben

• Primary engineering contact for deployments of Mesh Actuate and Node products.
• Monitor systems, diagnose issues, identify root causes across stack, provide remote support.
• Design improvements to workflows to boost cycle time, reliability, and error handling.
• Write and ship production Python to improve performance and stability.
• Work with robot integrations, understanding software control and mechanical constraints.
• Translate deployment learnings into product/platform improvements.
• Build tooling, monitoring, and diagnostics for live deployments.
• Collaborate with customer-facing teams to prioritize improvements.
• Feed learnings back to R&D for future product decisions.
• Support deployment of robotic systems on-site with customers.
