You will collaborate across Sales, Engineering, and Service Operations, perform emergency repairs, maintenance, and site integrations, and document service activities in our CRM. Frequent travel up to 80% is required, with a focus on high-quality customer outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to read wiring diagrams and schematics and work with tools.

• Perform emergency repairs, installations, site integrations, routine maintenance, and general technical service and support for customers.

• Ensure CSAT, fast resolution times, and first-time-fix metrics; document service activities in CRM.
