• Supporting customers with complex technical challenges, system configuration, and application optimisation (both on-site and remotely)
• Building long-term, trusted relationships with customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders
• Acting as the voice of the market, feeding back insights to global product teams to influence roadmap development
• Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and through technical content such as presentations and white papers
