LiuJo Group is seeking a DACH Area Manager based in Vienna to oversee company-owned stores across Austria, Germany (excl. Berlin), Switzerland, Denmark, and Belux. The role is itinerant, driving sales, cost control, and a seamless omnichannel customer experience.

You will lead Store Managers, develop teams, recruit as needed, and coordinate openings with the Facility Manager, ensuring strong performance across the region.

Formación

• At least 3 years of experience in a senior retail role, apparel/fashion.
• Fluent English; German is mandatory.
• Strong leadership, planning and communication skills.

We are looking for a DACH Area Manager based in Vienna. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the company-owned retail stores within the assigned area. The role is itinerant and covers the following areas: Austria, Germany (No Berlin), Switzerland, Denmark, Belux.

Responsibilities

Specifically, the role will include the following activities:

• Ensure the achievement of turnover targets and KPIs for the stores in the assigned area, also by defining and proposing effective action plans to reach these goals;
• Analyze sales performance, deviations from targets, and propose the necessary corrective actions;
• Monitor and control store operating costs, intervening directly to optimize them;
• Ensure the correct and consistent implementation of the commercial policy and customer experience, in compliance with company guidelines and with an omnichannel approach;
• Verify the correct execution of all promotional initiatives launched by the company;
• Ensure effective visual merchandising and in-store animation across the stores in the area, verifying full compliance with guidelines provided by the Head Office Visual Merchandising Department;
• Continuously analyze product performance, ensuring an appropriate merchandise mix aligned with store location, size, target market, and local specificities;
• Ensure effective inventory and stock management across the stores in the assigned area;
• Coordinate Store Managers’ activities, ensuring continuous training and providing them with the necessary skills and resources to achieve expected results;
• Ensure, together with Store Managers, effective recruitment, management, and development of human resources and store teams within the area;
• Contribute to the evaluation of store staff performance and the definition of individual growth and development plans;
• Organize new store openings and collaborate with the Facility Manager on routine maintenance activities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Management disciplines (preferred);

• At least 3 years of previous experience in a similar role within retail companies in the apparel/fashion industry;
• Good knowledge of spoken and written English;
• Speaking German is mandatory;
• Strong managerial, planning, and organizational skills, combined with a strong results-driven mindset, customer orientation, leadership, team development attitude, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proactivity, dynamism, and strong problem-solving abilities.

Pay range and compensation package:

Maximum gross annual salary (including benefits): 70k
