PER is seeking an Associate in Vienna to support the corporate finance function, working closely with the Head of M&A and corporate financing on covenant reporting, liquidity forecasting, and financing activities. The role involves modelling, project valuations, and investor reporting in a high-growth renewable energy environment.

Formación

• Experience in corporate finance, investment banking or advisory.
• Infrastructure or renewable energy experience.
• Strong financial modelling skills.
• Familiarity with covenant reporting, drawdowns, LCs and RCF facilities.
• Fluent English.
• Willingness to relocate to Vienna.

Responsabilidades

• Manage covenant reporting and financing requirements.
• Support drawdowns, waivers, LCs, RCFs and holdco facilities.
• Build liquidity forecasts and financial models.
• Support project valuations and financial planning.
• Prepare bondholder and investor reporting.
• Work closely with M&A, finance and other teams across the business.
