Lever, Inc. is seeking a Trenches / Web3 Frontend Developer based in Austria to own the frontend client experience for a fast-moving onchain trading terminal.

You will work across Solana and EVM to deliver latency-sensitive features with real-time data, and you will unify wallet experiences across platforms while maintaining parity. Qualifications

• 3+ years of frontend engineering with production Web3/onchain products.
• Experience shipping products with real users and real money (perpetuals, DEX, trading terminals).
• Hands-on with Solana and EVM ecosystems; not just one.
• Strong frontend for real-time, latency-sensitive apps (WebSockets, RPC, optimistic UI).
• Experience building trading interfaces (charting, PnL, order flow, onchain states).
• Ability to diagnose frontend performance at a systems level.
• Product ownership and initiative; deliver features without detailed specs.

Responsibilities

• Own the frontend client experience for trenches trading, perpetuals, and prediction markets across Solana and EVM.
• Take end-to-end ownership of at least one revenue-generating product surface from idea to production."
• Build latency-sensitive trading experiences with live data, execution, and UX optimizations.
• Unify Solana and EVM wallet interactions into a coherent UI with parity across platforms.
• Optimize browser/frontend performance using WebSockets, RPC, and backpressure management.
• Own production quality, reducing defects and preventing incidents.
