BJAK is seeking full-stack engineers to build fast across BJAK's AI Finance Agent, spanning frontend, backend, internal tools and customer journeys to turn ideas into working products quickly.

This role is product-minded and requires moving across frontend, backend and operations, building customer-facing features, APIs, dashboards and production systems while collaborating with product, design, and operations to ship rapidly from Austria.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of full stack software engineering experience.
• Strong frontend and backend fundamentals.
• Experience with modern web frameworks, APIs, databases and production systems.
• Able to turn rough requirements into working product.
• Good product sense, UX awareness and attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Build customer-facing and internal product features end to end.
• Develop web flows, backend APIs, admin tools, dashboards and operational systems.
• Support products across insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel and financial services.
• Work with product, design, mobile and operations teams to launch fast.
• Integrate APIs, handle data flows and improve production reliability.
• Use analytics, feedback and production issues to improve features after launch.
• Help build tools that reduce manual work and improve speed across the business.
