Zusammenfassung

BJAK is building an AI Stockbroking Superapp for Southeast Asia spanning payments, remittance, insurance, wealth and trading. The Technical Product Manager will own a vertical end-to-end, from strategy and outcomes to technical design, delivery and launch.

We are AI-native by default, prioritizing real outcomes and reliability. The role requires strong collaboration with Engineering and Compliance, and focus on regulatory regimes and scalable architecture.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of product management experience, owning complex technical products from strategy to production.
• Strong foundation in system architecture, APIs, databases, workflows and distributed systems.
• Experience collaborating with engineers to review and challenge technical designs.
• Experience in payments, banking, remittance, insurance, trading or other regulated domains.
• Proven product judgment to balance technical, regulatory and user needs.
• Experience building with AI/LLMs, including evaluation and safety considerations.

Aufgaben

• Own a product vertical end-to-end including strategy, metrics and delivery.
• Shape technical design with engineering across APIs, data flows, ledgering and security.
• Make trade-offs across correctness, speed, cost, reliability and user experience.
• Incorporate regulatory requirements (KYC, monitoring, privacy, licensing) into the product.
• Apply AI where it improves outcomes with safeguards and supervision.
• Coordinate with external dependencies like regulatory approvals and financial rails.
• Align Engineering, Design, Compliance, Operations, Treasury and Finance on decisions.
