Zusammenfassung

Doit is building an AI-native Neobank Superapp for Southeast Asia, covering payments, remittance, insurance, wealth and trading. The Technical Product Manager owns a product vertical end-to-end, from strategy to design, delivery and launch.

We expect strong technical foundations, experience with regulated financial domains, and collaboration with distributed teams globally. English is the main working language.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of product management experience with ownership of complex technical products.
• Strong foundation across system architecture, APIs, databases and distributed systems.
• Experience reviewing and challenging technical designs with engineers.
• Experience in payments, remittance, banking, insurance, trading, or regulated domains.
• Experience building with AI/LLM products, including evaluation and reliability.

Aufgaben

• Own a product vertical end-to-end from strategy through delivery and launch.
• Shape technical design with engineering across APIs, data flows, ledgering and security.
• Drive trade-offs across correctness, speed, cost, reliability, regulatory requirements and UX.
• Build regulatory requirements into product features (KYC, monitoring, privacy).
• Apply AI where it improves outcomes with safeguards and governance.
• Coordinate with external dependencies and regulatory approvals.
• Align Engineering, Design, Compliance, Operations, Treasury, and Finance around launch requirements.
