Jobgether seeks a Staff Site Reliability Engineer based in Austria for a fully remote, globally distributed engineering team. You will be the first dedicated SRE, defining reliability practices across multiple groups and critical production systems.

You will lead the adoption of SRE principles, build scalable observability, incident response, and AI-assisted tooling, and coach engineers to foster resilient, autonomous teams.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years engineering experience with reliability focus.
• Proven ability to influence engineering practices across teams.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with executive-level storytelling.

Aufgaben

• Define and implement SLIs/SLOs for critical production paths.
• Establish and promote error budgets to balance reliability and delivery.
• Lead incident management lifecycle and postmortems.
• Improve alerting, anomaly detection, and observability tooling.
• Coach engineers to adopt SRE practices and ownership.
• Embed SRE principles into design and development processes.
