Zusammenfassung

Jobgether is seeking a Staff Site Reliability Engineer for a fully remote global team. You will be the first dedicated SRE, embedding reliability practices across engineering, shaping SLIs, SLOs, alerting, and incident response, and mentoring others.

You will work with Kubernetes, AWS, Datadog, and modern observability tools, write production code in Go or TS, and drive AI-assisted reliability initiatives while balancing risk and delivery.

Qualifikationen

10+ years of engineering experience with at least 3 years in SRE or reliability roles.
Own reliability at platform level with cross-team impact.
Design and drive SLIs/SLOs and error budgets adoption.
Strong incident leadership and postmortem practices.
Experience with distributed systems and failure modes.
Hands-on coding in Go or TypeScript and IaC proficiency.
Influence teams and establish reliability practices across org.
