Jobgether is partnering with a Swiss-based role for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer focused on building and operating reliable cloud infrastructure. You will own production Kubernetes platforms across on-prem, bare-metal, and virtualized environments, applying automation, observability, and security hardening to scale with growth.

Qualifikationen
- Expert-level, hands-on experience operating Kubernetes in production environments.
- Strong network engineering expertise including VLANs and multi-site connectivity.
- Advanced Linux administration on Debian/Ubuntu-based systems.
- Experience with infrastructure automation and GitOps workflows.
- Experience with observability platforms and incident response.
Aufgaben
- Operate, maintain, and improve Linux-based infra across Debian/Ubuntu.
- Deploy, manage, and scale production Kubernetes clusters end-to-end.
- Design complex networking architectures with reliability and performance.
- Develop automated provisioning and operational workflows (Ansible, Bash, Python).
- Build observability platforms and actionable alerting (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
- Lead incident response, reduce recurring failures, improve availability.
- Define and implement SLOs/SLIs across infrastructure and services.
- Establish on-call schedules across multiple time zones.
- Create SOPs and repeatable processes for maintenance and incidents.
- Coordinate hardware maintenance and data-center operations.
