Based near Vienna, you will manage the team, present concepts to clients, collaborate with Brand Strategy, and drive strong, boundary-pushing creative thinking in a fast-changing environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as Creative Director or Head of Digital in a digital agency with emphasis on digital marketing and communication.
• A genuine point of view on AI and its impact on creative work.
• Proven track record of boundary-pushing creative thinking with clear strategic reasoning.
• Exceptional communication skills to inspire and motivate a team.
• Ability to set clear expectations and stand by them in conflicts.
• Leadership experience is a strong plus.
• Fluent German and English; based in or near Vienna preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead the Digital Creative Unit, managing growth of the team and individual talents.
• Shape how the team uses AI—set pace and direction and help sharpen craft.
• Develop strong creative ideas, refine them, and lead the team to bring them to life.
• Collaborate with Brand Strategy Unit to build a solid strategic foundation for the creative process.
• Bring deep expertise in social media and digital advertising and challenge concepts and designers.
• Oversee the full creative process from concept through production to go-live.
• Stay hands-on when needed by producing ad materials or videos.
• Set clear expectations and hold your ground in conflicts when needed.
• Present compelling creative concepts to existing and potential clients, articulating value and impact.
