Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in project management with a focus on healthcare IT.
• Proven track record delivering complex healthcare IT projects on time and within budget.
• Deep understanding of healthcare workflows, clinical systems, and data security requirements.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working effectively in a remote, distributed team environment.
• Certifications like PMP, CPHIMS, or ITIL are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex Healthcare IT projects, including EMR/EHR implementations, system upgrades, and digital health initiatives.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including clinical staff, IT professionals, and external vendors.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data privacy best practices.
• Oversee risk assessment and mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, providing regular project updates.
