happtiq is hiring in Vienna for a Sales Operations/Administrative role overseeing documentation, CRM maintenance, and deal flow. You will support the cofounder responsible for sales, bringing structure and clarity to back-end processes to keep the team organized and efficient.

You will manage contracts, renewals, onboarding, and vendor program administration, while ensuring timely progress and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• At least 2 years in sales operations, sales support, or administrative roles in IT/tech environments.
• Deep proficiency with CRM tools and ability to translate commercial logic into workflows.
• Fluent in German and English, written and spoken, with cross-team coordination skills.
• Proactive, collaborative, and able to manage multiple tasks while keeping processes moving.
• Able to adapt quickly in a dynamic setting and meet deadlines consistently.

Aufgaben

• Prepare, review, and process sales documents such as proposals, NDAs, statements of work, and vendor contracts.
• Manage contract and offer bookings within vendor systems with accurate deal registration.
• Maintain CRM with up-to-date leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
• Support reporting on deals and sales activities for visibility and decision-making.
• Oversee end-to-end renewals and handle commit and incentive calculations.
• Track deadlines, follow up on outstanding items, and ensure on-time completion.
• Document processes to improve sales operations and identify automation opportunities.
• Coordinate with consulting teams to ensure smooth handovers from contracts to delivery.
• Oversee end-to-end client onboarding and provide operational support early in engagement.
• Support Vendor Partner Program administration, incentives, certifications, and deal reviews.
