Job summary

The Solana Foundation is hiring a Partner Success Manager to own the conversion of enterprise partners from signature through production usage and to lead GTM for the Solana Developer Platform (SDP). You’ll manage a book of partners, diagnose blockers, and work with internal teams to drive live on-chain usage.

You will proactively unblock integrations, build outbound strategies, and keep HubSpot records accurate, ensuring a data-driven approach to activation and expansion across the partner

Qualifications

• Experience owning a book of enterprise accounts from signature through to production usage in partnerships, solutions, or commercial roles at a developer platform, API company, payments provider, or infrastructure business.

Responsibilities

• Activate signed partners. Take ownership of designated accounts after signature. Diagnose why integrations stall and unblock them.
• Reactivate dormant accounts. Work a book of signed-but-inactive partners and identify blockers to re-engagement.
• Run GTM for the Solana Developer Platform. Qualify inbound demand and shape the commercial mechanics as SDP moves to paid mainnet usage.
• Expand existing partners. Earn each next integration on its own merits and prove success to open the next conversation.
• Build outbound for SF built products. Develop target lists and pursue high-potential partners.
• Verify progress with on-chain data and dashboards; report activation based on evidence.
