Job summary

Storyblok is hiring a Marketing Automation Manager to own top-of-funnel systems. You’ll manage Pardot, forms, list uploads, and nurture programs, turning repeat work into templates and automations.

You’ll collaborate across Demand Generation, Events, Content, and Analytics in a lean data team, building reports from your own numbers. You’ll work within Revenue Operations to optimize lead scoring, lifecycle stages, and data quality, ensuring clean data flows between Pardot, Salesforce, and the

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems or related field.
• 4+ years in marketing operations or marketing automation, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Pardot administration: Salesforce connector, Engagement Studio, form handlers, campaign sync.
• Built nurture programs and can show what they did to conversion.
• Lead scoring, lifecycle and routing experience, with results.
• Working SQL and hands-on with enrichment tools like Clay or related platforms.
• Knowledge of GDPR and consent management across regions.
• Demonstrates AI literacy to boost productivity and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Campaign operations: build and send list emails and sequences in Pardot/Knak.
• Build and run nurture programs by segment and lifecycle stage.
• Set up webinars end to end, form handlers and landing pages.
• Load lead lists from events/content; ensure QA and SLA before launch.
• Run optimization: test subject lines, send times, personalize by segment.
