Zusammenfassung

Jobgether, in partnership with a logistics team, is seeking an Afterhours Driver Support Specialist based in Austria for fully remote, night-shift work. You will be the primary point of contact for drivers, resolve operational issues quickly, and keep loads moving using a Transportation Management System and internal chat tools.

You will collaborate with dispatchers, brokers, and fellow drivers, receive a two-week paid training program with a 150 USD weekly stipend, and benefit from up to 10

Qualifikationen

• Experience in sales, customer support, logistics, dispatch, or related fields.
• Strong verbal and written communication, able to explain time-sensitive information clearly.
• Empathetic, customer-focused approach with proactive initiative and reliability.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary contact for drivers during afterhours and night shifts.
• Listen to drivers' concerns, assess situations quickly, and provide practical solutions.
• Assist drivers with load, receiver, shipper, routing, and other transportation issues to keep operations on schedule.
• Use the Transportation Management System (TMS) to identify load numbers and shipment information.
• Contact brokers and stakeholders when additional instructions or support are required.
• Coordinate via internal channels (e.g., Slack) with dispatchers and drivers to ensure rapid information flow.
• Maintain clear, accurate communication and follow through until issues are resolved.
• Work with at least one teammate per shift and take ownership of issues independently when needed.
• Identify recurring challenges and contribute to process improvements for afterhours driver support.
