Ideal candidates have a Biology/Life Sciences background, strong communication skills, and an eagerness to learn sales and laboratory software in a remote, international environment.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related field.

Aufgaben

• Conduct outbound prospecting and cold outreach to identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities
• Engage with laboratories, biobanks, research organizations, and other life-science companies to understand their workflows and challenges
• Deliver engaging product demonstrations and clearly explain how DiData solutions can support laboratory operations
• Translate complex laboratory workflows and software functionalities into clear, practical business benefits
• Qualify leads, identify client needs, and support the sales team throughout the sales cycle
• Maintain accurate records of prospects, conversations, opportunities, and follow-ups in the CRM
• Follow up with prospects and help move qualified opportunities toward the next stage
• Collect client feedback and communicate actionable insights to the Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop and improve sales materials, presentations, use cases, and other client-facing content
• Build strong, long-term relationships with prospects and clients through clear communication, empathy, and active listening
