Jobgether seeks an IT Automation & Platform Engineer based in Austria to transform internal IT into a scalable, automated platform. You will architect, develop, and govern APIs, integrations, and internal tools across SaaS systems, cloud infrastructure, and identity platforms.

You will lead self-service IT workflows, AI-driven automation, and security-focused operations across AWS and GCP in a remote-first environment.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in IT/Platform engineering with SaaS or tech experience.
• Strong coding in Python, Go, and Bash to build automation.
• Experience operating AWS and GCP environments.
• Hands-on API and integration engineering (REST/GraphQL, OAuth).
• Security and compliance exposure including Zero Trust basics.
• Remote-first experience and strong communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Architect and improve the internal business systems ecosystem.
• Design reliable workflows and data synchronization across SaaS platforms.
• Build automation tooling, internal services, and tools.
• Create APIs-driven integrations and internal dashboards.
• Automate CRM, billing, onboarding/offboarding, and access provisioning.
• Implement AI-assisted workflows and self-service IT.
• Support security, ISO27001/SOC2, and GDPR compliance.
• Operate AWS/GCP and implement Zero Trust controls.
