Jobgether is seeking a Sr. Test Engineer based in Austria for a partner company. The role focuses on ensuring quality, reliability, and performance of applications within Agile and Scrum teams.

You will own tests from design to execution, defect management, and validation while collaborating with engineering and business stakeholders. You’ll advance testing strategies, improve processes, and identify automation opportunities to increase coverage and efficiency.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in Scrum/Agile environments.
• Experience across full software testing lifecycle.
• Functional, integration, and regression testing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Aufgaben

• Perform integration, regression, and functional testing to ensure requirements are met.
• Create, review, and execute comprehensive test cases.
• Translate requirements into testing scenarios and quality criteria.
• Track and validate defects to resolution with proper follow-up.
• Collaborate with Scrum teams and stakeholders to ensure quality across projects.
• Identify opportunities for test automation and support TDD approaches.
• Apply testing procedures and change-control standards throughout the lifecycle.
