Aufgaben

• Take responsibility for the maintenance, development, and optimization of our internal software landscape.
• Analyze and gather requirements from business units and translate them into innovative IT solutions.
• Manage and coordinate IT projects in the Business Applications area.
• Act as an interface between IT, business departments, and external service providers.
• Ensure smooth operations, perform error analysis and resolution (2nd/3rd level support).
• Conduct user training and create documentation.
