Zusammenfassung

Global Hydro Energy GmbH in Niederranna, Upper Austria, seeks an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead the optimization and rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across international sites. You will refine business processes, bridge users and external consultants, and drive digitalization initiatives.

A university degree and 5+ years in ERP projects, plus fluent German and English, are required; travel is expected and home-office options are available.

Your Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the further development and optimization of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP system at Global Hydro in Austria, followed by its step-by-step implementation across our international locations
• Continuously analyze, review, and optimize business processes and align them with the ERP system to increase efficiency and standardization
• Act as the interface between key users and external process consultants
• Support and contribute to digitalization projects related to the ERP system

Your Profile

• Completed university degree or equivalent qualification
• At least 5 years of professional experience in project management related to the implementation and/or enhancement of ERP solutions, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Strong knowledge of Business Central or comparable ERP systems
• Willingness to travel internationally
• Strong communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken

For the advertised position, a minimum monthly gross salary starting from € 4.500,- applies. An all-in agreement applies to this role. Depending on qualifications and experience, there is a willingness to pay above this amount.
