Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking an experienced ICT policy consultant for a fully remote, international roster based in Austria. The role focuses on digital policy, regulatory analysis, spectrum management, cybersecurity, and related ICT development initiatives for governments, regulators and stakeholders.

You will produce policy briefs, technical documents, and capacity-building materials, and engage with regional and international partners to drive evidence-based decision-making across the Americas.

Qualifications

• University degree in ICTs, Law, Economics, Public Affairs, International Relations, International Development, Management, Engineering, Political Science, or related field.
• At least five years of progressive professional experience in ICT policy, regulatory frameworks, and market analysis.
• Strong knowledge of telecommunications and ICT landscape in the Americas region.
• Understanding of digital policy, regulation, and market trends to support inclusive digital development.
• Experience designing learning materials and delivering capacity-building activities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver specialized ICT and digital policy advisory services aligned with programme objectives and regional priorities.
• Research and analyse telecommunications policies, regulatory frameworks, and market developments.
• Develop policy briefs, technical documents, reports, and presentations.
• Conduct research and communicate findings to policymakers and regulators.
• Design training materials and deliver capacity-building activities.
• Contribute to projects on spectrum management, cybersecurity, and digital applications as needed.
• Coordinate activities with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and quality outputs.
• Prepare high-quality reports and documentation for project requirements.
• Engage with regional and international partners in virtual and in-person meetings.
• Support programme collaboration across technical teams and regional stakeholders.
