Qualifikationen

• Strong experience cleaning, reconciling, and structuring complex datasets from multiple sources.
• Experience with HRIS platforms, employee master data, HR data management.
• Hands-on experience with Google Workspace automation (Forms, Sheets, notifications).
• Understanding of data quality, validation, ownership, permissions, governance.

Aufgaben

• Review HR data sources to identify duplicates, inconsistencies, and gaps.
• Define a standardized employee master-data structure and validation rules.
• Aggregate and reconcile historical leave records from multiple sources.
• Design a future-state leave management workflow for requests and balance tracking.
• Automate HR workflows using Google Workspace or alternatives.
• Establish access controls, audit trails, and data ownership models.
• Document data structures, workflows, and maintenance procedures.
• Work independently across the fixed project scope from assessment to implementation.
• Prepare project deliverables per scope, timeline, and budget.
