Job summary

Alignerr is seeking native or near-native Austrian German speakers to remotely evaluate AI healthcare front desk conversations. You will role‑play as a patient, record short dialogues, and grade AI performance. The role requires attention to detail, reliable self-direction, and strict adherence to labeling guidelines.

Work is contract-based, flexible, and fully remote. You will receive instruction sets, review transcripts, and provide precise assessments of AI understanding and function calls.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native Austrian German with clear, natural speaking voice.
• Detail-oriented with patience to review recordings and transcripts.
• Able to follow multi-step instructions and apply them consistently.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setup.

Responsibilities

• Hold 4 to 5 minute spoken conversations in German with an AI front desk, role‑playing as a patient.
• Review transcripts and classify how accurately the AI understood and responded.
• Flag issues such as mispronunciations, cutoffs, interruptions, delays, and incorrect function calls.
• Test how the AI handles background noise and short replies, long numbers, and emotional moments.
• Submit high-quality work following labeling guidelines.
